As an IT Support Specialist, Candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our organization’s technology runs smoothly and efficiently. Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum 6 months of experience designing, developing, and implementing Power Platform solutions
- Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform components
- Experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Active Directory, Azure Storage, and Azure Logic Apps
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

- Should have strong technical and functional knowledge of Finance and Manufacturing modules.
- Perform system enhancements, platform upgrades, new solution or plugin implementations, Integrations and Flows.
- Should have the understanding of Dual Write CE and FinOps
- Should be strong in Development/Customizing forms & and reports
- Should be strong in Process customization in FinOps
- Should have the understanding of data migration from legacy systems to d365
Role Description
We are looking for a full-time on-site Business Central Technical Consultant in Karachi to carry out the following tasks:
- Provide expert technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Assist in implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet customer’s needs
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during implementation and customization
- Conduct training sessions for clients on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation, customization and development
- Experience working with PowerApps, Power BI, and Common Data Service
- Strong understanding of financial management and accounting processes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues and provide solutions
